We want you to love every purchase from The Perfect Cup. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy below.
Returns
Coffee Products (Beans & Ground Coffee)
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns on opened or used coffee products.
However, if there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a quality problem — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will gladly assist.
Equipment & Merchandise
We accept returns on unused equipment and merchandise (e.g., brewing gear, accessories) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Non-refundable items include:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Opened or used coffee products
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at orders@perfectcup.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at orders@perfectcup.co.za with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
